SiteWorx Software announces enhancements for the SiteWorx® Application Suite.

New: Sense Connectivity Notifications

Environmental sensors monitored by SiteWorx Sense play a key part in a building’s energy management strategy. Now, users can sign up to receive a notification and ongoing status updates of any connectivity issues related to Sense devices. Users can choose to receive emails periodically, or only when the connectivity status changes for a site. To subscribe to Sensor Status Reports, users can send a request to SiteWorxOps@siteworx.io.

Enhancements: User Interface

We continue to make updates to the user interface and are releasing quite a few in this new version. We’ve selected two to highlight here. In addition, we’re continuing to make speed improvements and have implemented a new methodology that decreases page loading times.

To avoid application of accidental settings, the Inactive Level slider can no longer exceed the level set by the Active Level slider.

Help links have been added throughout SiteWorx to assist users in navigating the application and using the advanced features. We’ll continue rolling them out throughout the application suite and will link them to more detailed explanations on the help site, help.siteworx.io.
